Built by people who understand CTE from the inside
CTESoft LLC was founded in Aurora, Colorado with one goal: give Career and Technical Education programs the modern, purpose-built tools they have long deserved. We are a team of software builders, educators, and workforce development professionals who were tired of seeing CTE directors manage critical programs through stacked spreadsheets, disconnected apps, and overflowing binders.
The students in these programs are earning real credentials and developing real skills. They deserve a system that honors that. The educators running these programs are doing extraordinary work — coordinating with dozens of employers, managing hundreds of student records, satisfying state and federal reporting requirements, and still showing up to teach every day.
We asked ourselves a simple question: what would the ideal CTE platform look like if it was designed specifically for CTE, rather than adapted from something built for general school management? CTESoft is our answer to that question.
